Ron's problem was that he could not find anyone there willing to ship it to the States and I soon found out why: Packing a 70Kg jack is not easy and finding a company to ship it was even more difficult.
We finally got it to Ron and in the process, I had the time to study it.
Ron allowed me to make this page about his jack.
At first glimpse the jack looks to be in good shape with traces of original paint on it.
A closer inspection reveals a damaged cam wheel. How it was damaged this way will probably remain a mystery.
Obviously, someone has tried to fix or replace this and found that the nut securing all parts on that axle is also damaged, preventing disassembly.
Another problem is the handle bar, which should be foldable, but is fixed now.
Although repair is possible, the jack would then no longer be original. So, why not leave it in this state? A probably unique collector's item!
