Muzzle Brake late versionThere is still a lot of work to be done before we have a complete drawing, but I could not resist putting some of the photos on this far from complete page.
The late MB is hard to find and it is even harder to find one in a position where you can take dimensions and all the photos you need! I was lucky to find one in the Westwall Museum near Pirmasens.
The Vimoutiers Tiger I is equipped with such an MB, but I don't have clear pictures of it until now.
I do have one of such an MB on the Bovington Tiger II, which I think is very useful since it is a long distance shot with litte deformation due to perspective.
All the rest of the photos here are from the Westwall Museum near Pirmasens where they have a Fortress version of the L-71 gun which is equipped with this MB.
